Typo Domain and Adsense

Hi,

I want to be 99.9% sure that the following is OK with Google.

I have a typo domain for a popular domain. I am not going to reveal the name of that domain, but the legitimate domain resembles something like tiresss.com and the typo domain would be tiress.com. The domain is just a generic word, like "tires", with extra letters on the end of it.

Now would it be 99.9% safe to develop a adsense website about tires for the typo domain tiress.com? The concern is that Google would flag this newly created adsense site, since it is a blatant typo of the legitimate site tiresss.com

Have you checked with uspto dot gov for trademark issues? If it isn't a live trademark, you should be fine.

stay away from trademark typos you'll be off better without them.

you will fine better and clearer answer if you contact google directly.
in fact, you will always feel safe when doing something from their directions. for general things, of course you can check google adsense TOS.
