TV show domains - a trademark problem?

Are tv show fan sites or information sites a trademark problem if the domain has the tv show name in it?

Plenty of examples of "non-problems" in the sense that apparently the owner hasn't been hassled, ( http://www.theamazingrace.com/ ), but that doesn't mean it's "kosher" with an intent to be a profit generator rather than a true fan-site.
