question .tv: Hidden gem or garbage?

I have found a name of product (one word, English) domain in .tv. It is registered in most known extensions, including some new ones, but is available in .tv.

My questions is: Does this domain have any value or it is unregistered for a reason?

Keep in mind that for someone to pay money to brand on a domain in .TV the domain should be intuitive that the keyword makes sense with video content. Of course you can find examples of sales where that is not the case but your odds are better if you would expect video content on this site rather than mostly textual content. You don't need a .TV domain to put video on a website and with hundreds of new TLDs launched over the last 21 months, there are many competing TLDs for so-so keywords.
