.tv .tv domains and exact searches ?

Is it worth to register .tv domain based on exact searches ?

Found one with 700k searches, should I take it ? it's 2 words character + keyword, 14 characters long.

The demand for .TV is not nearly as strong as for .COM so one has to be much stricter with what one regs - especially when you have to consider that .TVs generally will make zero in parking and cost more than three times as much annually to renew. Using GAKT I would want to know the exact and phrase search volume which can be much lower than the default figure which Google provides initially. However, also ask if as a brand, does keyword.tv make sense? Would it make sense to invest time & resources developing a website around that domain name?

yes, I understand it. I wouldn't think about it if it is some low/average exact search but this 700k made me play thoughts... it's not some completely tv related keyword but it's not the one that would be completely senseless with tv domain

Decided to miss initial one as I'm afraid there could be some problems with copyright. There are tons of sites with it but this one is still .tv domain so it looks fishy.

If anyone wants them, there are two fishy 673k exact searches available - SponebobGames and CBBCGames

I've found few more relaxed for myself:

HelicopterGame.tv - 673k + plural (40k)
HorseGames.tv (368k)
PacmanGame.tv - 301k
TetrisGame.tv - 246k

And that you can do something with domain that will fetch some of google traffic. In contrary to popular belief, Wordpress blog with autoupdate script and duplicate content is not development, and it will not fetch you much traffic or revenue (if any).

not everyone wants to develop their names , why do they HAVE TO develop ?

yes, I have one large developed site at the moment and don't have time to develop much more sites at the moment.

OP question was: "Is it worth to register .tv domain based on exact searches ?", and I said those search numbers dont have much value without development (they can be used as valid promo tool while selling your domain, of course). Dont know why you think you HAVE TO develop your domains

Great question Almir,
Seems I register backwards anyway, thought of domain name registrar to develop before searching, not so good.
I think .tv domains will rank up quickly per niche and show up more on searches. Rss feeds etc.
