domain Turned down offer of $250 for Workforce.co.in

I received my frist offer on a .co.in (India) domain. The buyer first offered $100, then a final offer of $250.

I turned this "final" offer down, since I feel .co.in domains will only increase in value in the next year, or two.

I thought I would ask for an appraisal now, not that it matters, because I still won't sell it for under $x,xxx at this time. I would just like to see what Namepros members feel it is worth "today". Maybe some of you think I am crazy, but at the moment, I can do without the $250!

I think that you were right to turn down $250.
I reckon this domain is definitely worth low xxxx as it is extremely good keyword and I think this domain will only rise in value.

.co.in isnt a very good ext, esp with india moving onto .in, this ext has lost value, the keyword is a good one but not worth xxxx, probably mid xxx is the right amount for this one.

a .co.in is only worth mid $xxx or if you are lucky high $xxx

Although it's not worth more than high xxx i say you did good that you turned down that offer.. i think you can get more than $250 for it..

I would also say mid $xxx... Maybe, very big maybe, high $xxx to very low $xxxx
