.mobi Trying to sell the .Mobis to the .Com Guys

I am trying to sell some of my .mobi names to the .Com guys.. I was wondering abt the TM issues.. How can I check if there's any TM issues involved with my Mobi names?

Wise words... It would be very easy for them to label your reg in bad faith otherwise if there's even a hint of a potential TM.
