Transferring a domain from directdomainreg.com?

Hi,

I recently bought a site and the domain was regged at directdomainreg.com. I wanted to transfer it to godaddy with the rest of my domains, but got an email from godaddy saying that it was set to "clienttransferprohibited". I emailed directdomainreg.com about it but they haven't replied yet. Does anyone have any advice?

probably locked, you can unlock it first at your domain management zone.
