Transfering out of Namecheap?

Anyone knows how to transfer a domain out of Namecheap? I haven't contacted them yet, I don't really know if they'll start ignoring my emails and I don't know how they generally react to someone wanting to transfer to another registrar.

There is no reason for them to ignore or not let you transfer out. It's your right to do if you want to. I have no problems when I transfer domains out of Namecheap. Recently transferred a bunch of LLLL to Godaddy.

Just select the domains(s) you wish to transfer out and get the EPP code(s). Can be found at the bottom of page, a yellow text box says "Get EPP code". The EPP code will be emailed to you. Also make sure you unlock "release registrar lock" the domain before you initiate any transfer.

I've never had a problem doing that. It's pretty straight forward.
