Transferring from Namecheap?

whats the deal with transfering out of namecheap? I get the message, email sent to domain contact [email protected] with confomashion link. whats the deal? i cant change that contact address nore do i get those emails forwarded.

What domain? You sure you don't have the "free whois guard" enabled? Just a possibility.

Any of my domains at namecheap will work as a good exampel. bertiebeetle.com for one. Registration Service Provided By: NameCheap.com, Contact: *******@NameCheap.com. Seems that when i go to transfer the email go's to that contact address and not mine.
