What if you just won a domain in an auction and want to flip it...

Are transfers between accounts with the same registrars instant? or is there a 60-day holding period?

For example, if you won a domain on SnapNames, then your domain will be registered with Moniker. If you want to sell to another buyer right away, then that can only happen if he has a Moniker account too?

I think GoDaddy prevents any transfers to any account less than 60 days?

From what I have read here, same account pushes can be done anytime
only transfer out's have to wait the 60 days.

Generally you can "push" the domain to another account at the same registrar at any time.

For example, if you won a domain on SnapNames, then your domain will be registered with Moniker. If you want to sell to another buyer right away, then that can only happen if he has a Moniker account too?

When you catch a domain at Snapnames it does not necessarily end up with Moniker. It very well may end up at one of their partner registrars.

You can push a domain to another Godaddy user at anytime.

Dynadot locks auction transfers for 30 days. Makes me rage a little.

It's possible to push the domain to another account at the same registrar. That means the buyer does not have the option of transferring to his/her usual registrar.
If you wait 60 days = more flexibility for buyer.

ccTLDs are not subject to those rules in general.

I think this is because if it is an expired auction the original registrant can renew for the follwing 30 days

For different registrars, have to wait 60 days. I think it is an Icann legislation.

For inside of the same registrar, any time is possible.
