Transfer process at NameSecure?

Does anyone know what the transfer process is within NameSecure, from one NS account to another? Do I have to e-mail NS? What info do I need to give them and how long did it take you to complete transfer. They used to be good at replying to my e-mails, but not lately.

NameSecure is rediculous. You need to fax info with driver's licence copy, signature, new account name and password, etc, etc, etc. I'm just in the process of doing a transfer now. What a major pain in the butt!

It is indeed a pain in the butt! i couldn't be bothered so i let my domains i have there sit un-used to they drop.. :lala:

You can't even push domains to another account there, which is highly annoying.
