I have been a client of Namesecure for 4 years. Both of my sites are now down and my host service (WebSiteSource ) tells me that the problem is with Namesecure... as my domain is "inactive" (but the acct is current!).
So I go to Namesecure.com and see that they have no ph number at all!! ZERO. I do a Google search. No ph number ANYWHERE.
I take the time to put together a letter explaining the situation and attempt to use their Namesecure’s own email "tech support" page. But I then get an error message claiming that my email address is wrong/incorrect and that the email cannot be passed along to Namesecure.com.
I then call back WebSiteSource and ask for Namesecure's fax number and after many attempts, that number does not appear to be functional either.
Is Namesecure in business? Or do they just not give a damn?
