Interestingly, a NetworkSolutions dropping name which should have gone to NameJet for expired and deleted names auction was caught by NamePal.com.. a never heard of registrar.

Would someone care to shed some light on this one?

It's very common for people to place BOs with no intention of bidding. I was in an auction this week with about 40 BOs and only 5 people bid.

wow... you just gave me a nice tip. There is over 60 bidders for slink.com already and Sofr.com also getting some bidders at Namejet.com

Therefore I wouldn't let the number of bidders deter me anymore. Thanks for that.

Yeah @jiedofor pretty common practice everywhere and at times, most of the bidders are unavailable or find the name going over their budget!
