Need a review/appraisal of this domain, It is a catchy SEO, traffic generating company name, but i found out there was a trafficsniper.com that had been kicked off clickbank for promoting black hat SEO. Do you think this will affect my domain.

Yes, because trafficsniper without the hyphen is the superior domain. If you only have traffic-sniper, then the appeal is very limited.
