regarding : (roofing businesses .com)
PLAN A:
Purchased domain to build a roofing directory and have my company listing at the top of every directory search, and large banner ads that would be my business also. (free advertising for me) / Sell premium listings to other roofing companies. Adsense ads, etc.

PLAN B:
I purchase online roofing SEO services / roofing website creation / online roofing software........all from one company right now.
This company is creating a roofing directory.
They already have 100,000 listings. I contacted them to see if they were interested in my domain name for there directory.
There answer: Sure, what do you have in mind?

I could - give them a price...HOW MUCH??????
or negotiate for free SEO services / website services / etc.

What would you experts do ?? THANKS!

Greetings Earth Roofer.....

The plural does not lend itself well to a single entity business. So I would tend to lean towards the directory angle. Undeveloped the domain has little value. Unless you want to get into the site development business, I would probably try to get low $xxx for the domain and if that fails, I would delete it from my account and forget about it. IMO

If you need the money then ask for low $x,xxx.

ask $xxx feels they are 1/2 intrested and 1/2 being nice to you because they get money from you. Goodluck
