A special Silicon Valley T.R.A.F.F.IC. conference (expected to be a one time only event) will be held in Santa Clara, California Jan. 30-Feb. 1. The show was put together in record time (a decision to go forward was made just two months ago). That's risky when you are putting on an event of this scale. Rick Schwartz sounded very up about the Silicon Valley show. I'm sure some exciting news is going to come out of it. He suggests venture capital investment is coming back ...as well it should given the strength of the net and domain industry. Domainer portfolios seem to be of particular interest while single domains will keep making news as well.

It's been said before that there are a limited number of really good domains. The supply and demand equation becoming more important.
