I really do not understand it at all!?
What do you do when you check to see whether a word is trademarked or not?
I mean, how can common term even be trademarked? I saw someone mention the site brandbucket, so I went to that site, and I saw a brand call Reactly, then, I was curious, so I went to uspto.gov/trademarks/ and did a quick search on the word "react" and it actually returned a list of result!? so really, am I missing something here? so we can actually use trademarked words? (I mean, I bet that person probably did some research on trademarks before making that brand/ logo, right? so now, I am really confused. Could someone please explain to me, what do you do, when you check for trademarked word? and how come, people are allowed to trademark common word, such as "react", and how come people can use the trademarked word" react" for their brand?????
