Trademark question

Hello i got a question about a trademark domain.
I would like to sell it to that company and when i contact them its that a good thing or a no go ? can they sue me or something

I wouldn't do that. You should either cancel the registration or offer to them as a gift saying you mistakingly registered it. Problem is, you can't really do anything with it and noone else would probably buy it.
