.nl Trademark issue for LLL domains

Hi Guys,

Today I was trying to purchase one LLL.nl domain, And I found that there is a Trademark registered for that LLL.

In general, I guess, 60-70% of LLL must be having Trademarks. and since many of the other cctlds are already registered, I believe that there wont be Trademark issue in the future as long as I dont use it for the business niche that LLL Trademark is registered for.

So Can I go ahead and purchase that Domain?

As long as you don't use it for the trademark, or allow ads displaying their mark you should be fine for a random LLL.

Also never try to sell them the LLL.
