Hello, I own a domain .com let's say chilenews.com. It happens that someone has registered the trademark "chilenews.com" in the Chilean equivalent of the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office). My domain is registered in Name.com

Can this person fight to obtain my example domain chilenews.com?
