I find out a domain name with trademark status as below:
"Status/Status Date: CONTINUED USE NOT FILED WITHIN GRACE PERIOD, UN-REVIVABLE"

In this case, what can we do with the domain name?

Hmmm interesting....I don't know for sure what that means but it looks to me like the TM might have lapsed. I'm sure someone here with more TM legal experience could shed some light on the matter
