Would I run into any issues registering a domain name that has a Trade mark on the name?

I would advise you to stay away from registering the name if there's a registered trademark on it already. Put yourself in the TM owner's shoes, would you like it if you owned the trademark and someone else goes out and registers your TM? Probably not. You would most likely lose the case if they wanted to take it further so save yourself the headache and avoid it. :imho:

unless you run a completely different site, with complete different content the answer is yes. Most likely you will run into TM problems..so stay away and as Chris stated - save yourself from the headache

Is your TM related to a name or a logo/design ?

It's related to a name of a product, but there is no logo associated with the name.
