I created top 10 list over domain sales in 2005 and I thought that I couldn't break this great "tradition" this year either so here are the top 10 lists over verified domain name sales that took place in 2006, sorted by TLD and ccTLD: :

There is a pretty good increase in price on the main TLDs, the only execption seems to be .biz that has gone down quite a bit since 2005...
