@gilescoley - Yes, they are only the sales conducted through Sedo. Some really good ones on there. Even some of the new gTLD sales have been solid!

I don't know why cornerstonehomes.com is worth $150K.
CornerstoneHomes was and still is a major homebuilder in Florida. I do not know about the rest of the country.
