I'm not familiar with adsense, but I recently obtained DuiAttorneyPhoenix.org

Exacts 880
~$56 CPC

I'm not sure where to park a domain like this or what to expect of parking it.

Would I be better off doing CPC with Adsense?

"Attorney" is a valuable keyword in Adsense.The value changes all the time but last time I checked a click was worth $33! (Just one click).I recommend you start writing (or outsourcing) good quality unique content on the site and do link building.This can become a good income stream for you.

Yes it is free ,I think you need at least 5 dns to sign up.
I heard noomle is better.But whypark is a little less work for what I have seen.

I've just checked - they have 3 different accounts. The free account has lots of options taken away. For the other 2 they charge $10 and $25 a month. But still if the free account has helped you earn money then why complain.

I am jumping from one parking company to another every 3 or 4 days, so far I've earned 33c for 18 domains! If I go by this rate, I think I will mange to buy myself a bottle of wine by the year 2200 - LOL

But what's the option? - not everyone has the will or the patience to build a complete site - I only enjoy selling domain names and I'm not into developing them - that's a fulltime job anyway and it's not for everyone.

So how can one earn money while waiting for a buyer to appear?

the only way is developing - sorry to tell you - but i am in this business from the start and every single one of those parking companies are the same and beware especially those that contact you and promise you that they can do better than others - they are the worst .

just build a little site and use one of those services that offer content for free and choose a free hosting provider and place google ads on there

Better develop this than parking. Parking is only good for direct navigation traffic imho.

dont forget when you develop a name & use adsense you must include a Privacy Policy.

Take a laywer template and add adsense and a few laywer affilites. Commission Junction offers a few I believe.
