Should I park or ....?

Hi

One of my domain " www.myflashgen.com " I used to use that domain for couple months to sell some stuffs and i decide not to sell it anymore so i park at sedo.

At first i thought there are no traffic or anything so i park there..so far this month i received over 500 unique visitors and make over $16 just through parking.

So now i am kinda undecided whether park or making a website...i hope someone in here can give me some advice

Obviously, if you have the time and you are not lazy, then work on a site, that is going to produce much more revenue than any parking company. Of course it's also nice to just sit and see the revenue flow of a parked domain..

But making a website wont guaruntee you money every month or success at all like parking has for you. So if you got money to help build the website i would do it but it wont generate revenue right away ( or not 16 bucks a month unless your really good at seo )

Hi, i suggest you build it out to at least a 5 page site and put google ads on it. you get alot of uniques, SEDO won't give you as much as you could get putting words and info and google ads. I have lots of names pared at trafficz and make more with the names i have built out with google ads. http://www.tenlakesrealty.com

Developing your domain will help you to gain more visitors to your domain. You can promote it, you can make link exchanges etc. Later, if you don't happy with the revenue you can park it again. But this time you will have more visitors to your domain.

Sure does..just remember that Google has more than one data base..It is possible that it is higher or lower in other data bases!
But since you mentioned a PR2 develope your site and add regular content! There is a good chance that the next google "update" your parked page will lose it PR ranking cause it is parked!

From my experiance so far developing the domain is the way to go. Like the above posters said you can always go back to parking it if the results are not what you want.

Traffic source???

If you are getting traffic from when you developed the domain earlier note that it will drop off in the future. So your earning will decrease.

I don't think those visitors would be type based on that name.

So I'd suggest develop it.
