TM in a domain hack?

I registered a domain hack just last night, that I believe has TM issues.

However, the word actually registered is not a TM, but if you spell out the word with the extension, it does.

Does the dot inbetween make it not a TM? What if I make sure to say the DOT whenever the domain is mentioned (spelling it out even in logos when developed).

The domain is a really great hack, can be used for many things.

I don't think you would have problem.

for example, if you owned microso.ft or i.bm or cis.co and developed them, you will likely get a letter from their lawyers. Something like app.le or oran.ge, though TM's are also generics and are easier to defend. But being right doesn't mean you won't get sued.
