IMO, the Estibot valuation is way off on this one. The best thing you have going for you with this domain is that "time" and "intervals" are very related words. It would seem like a difficult topic to monetize (maybe stopwatches? I don't know ), and as you can see by the metrics provided by Estibot, there are 0 estimated PPC ads for the keywords. Also, as you mentioned, the search volume is extremely low.

Would this be a pregnancy information website, perhaps? I can't really see the domain selling by itself, but if you make a minisite and get a little traffic flowing, you might be able to sell that as a package.
