I wanted this domain so badly, I found it and backordered it with godaddy. Then someone else used snapnames and BAM gone. How much would you estimate its worth?

If you approach the domain market that way you'll go crazy. Take it from me.

You didn't land the domain, so its a non-issue.

The whole concept of appraisals is rather silly anyway. A domain is only worth what an end-user is willing to pay for it. It's also worth what you would accept to part with it.

It's not worth $50, $500, $5,000, or $5,000,000. Rather, it's worth all of them. And it's worth none of them.

But, since you are asking for an apparaisal, I would put myself in the shoes of an end-user, and I could see the name easily fetching $1,500. If you threw it on eBay it would get $62.

BTW don't rely on Godaddy backorder. They are Ok once in a blue moon. I recommend Enom club drop. They have been tearing a hole in Snapnames and Pool. Better yet, put your bids in at all of them. Dont forget Namewinner.

Snapnames will have another auction within its system as well. So it is not that easy to buy such a premium domain cheap nowadays...So the amount you pay for it might have the chance of being very close to the amount someone is willing to buy from you the domain...
