I know it is not exact but there are quite a few searches and adversiters associated with this one. Any thoughts on a value?

The .net and .org also appear to be taken but none of them are developed.
Also a google search spits out 46K results.
Doesn't seem to be much overture for this domain either.
I'd say mid $xx at best.

I get 3400+ OVT/mo and over 1,000 via MSN/mo. I also get 60+ advertisers who have paid for that keyword combo. The Google results do concern me a little but I am hoping the PPC generated is decent. We shall see.

Anyone else?

Hi,

Clearly, the phrase sounds awkward (MortgageBanks.com sounds better and is the stronger domain), but the sector is so strong that there is value.

Mid to high $xxx with low $xxxx potential to the right enduser.
