I think the domain is worth $xxx,xxx , probably the best domain I have seen for some time.

The development potential is unreal.

I know what this sold for at auction, and think it was a good buy.

Still in this market, for a hyphenated domain, I think reseller value is around Mid $X,XXX. I think Low $XX,XXX is a realistic end user price.

This is a case IMO where development makes sense. The upside is much higher than just selling the domain.
