Hi,

Recently I opened an account on domain.com and bought a .com domain with no problems. A few days later a registered .net domain. In control panel its status looked as "Domain registration complete" for a few days but I wasn't allowed to edit or see its details. I contacted customer support but got no response. Two days ago I asked again and yesterday I found out that my domain was completely removed from my list. I asked about it of course and still no response. No emails, no notifications, no nothing..

I had heard good things about domain.com that's why I opened the account but this incident put me off from them. I was wondering if you had similar experiences. If it's a glitch in their system I can understand, but if it's a consistent behaviour then I'd rather treansfer my domains and part my ways with them completely.

What do you think?

Thanks in advance.

do you got the email order confirmation ?
If yes, you can use it to complain.
otherwise maybe your order stuck on the middle of the process

No, I didn't receive the confirmation. I got email from PayPal so I'm sure they charged me for it.

What bothers me most is not having a technical problem (if that's the case) but rather them being completely oblivious and/or incommunicative about it.

I guess you could contact Dotster.com or MyDomain.com since it is all the same company

After 6 days, many messages, a complaint feedback and and an angry tweet, they fixed the problem...
