This is against Google's AdSense TOS ... right?

I found this site in someone's sig:

The google ads were changed to add custom images to the actual ads... this is definitely against the TOS, right? Just checking!

No it is not. They just have 2 ads and placed next to them on the left and image.
Same principle many other sites used they have just used it very effectively.

Beautiful site, nice placement of images and ads.

Although I wouldn't be surprised if Google disallowed this practice sometime soon.
