Is this site against Google's TOS?

Hey Everybody :hi:

I noticed this domain today... www.Yanoo.es

Check it out, it has a list of keywords in spanish, and when the keyword is clicked, the keyword's ads show up to the right.

This is bound to be perfect optimization since its all in spanish and it is a .es, is this allowed by google or is it against google's tos?

Also if we have a CANADIAN/US Google Adsense account, is it possible for us to display ads that are in spanish? If so how would I go about doing this?

You're not allowed to display Adsense unless you have actual content on the page... although, this IS a very clever idea. I think not.

I don't see any problem here, you may want adress ads to spanish people living in Canada.

I see no content at all, just the ads, I have read the Google TOS and they say that the page must contain even original content.
so it should be against Google TOS IMHO

That's true. But, how would this be possible to display ads without contents in this case? did he comment out the contents?

yes this is 100% against google's TOS there is absolutely no content what so ever.

Not only will his site be dropped from the search engines but his adsense money will be dropped as well.
