I just spoke with one of the nicest young ladies in afternic service department on the phone.

She is polite, courteous, modest, caring, patient, eager to help and her voice is so soothing and amazing....I am sure she is beautiful in person too .The best agent a customer can ask for....

I was really truly impressed.....Sorry Not professional but I asked for her last name and she didn't give me ......only got the first name maybe I will talk to her again

I posted in another thread a day or so ago about a recent experience with the parent company (daddy). It was the easiest resolution of a problem with them since they/it was 6 months old. I think the new leader has laid down the law re customer service.

Her husband or wife if she has any is very lucky....I can tell from her response she doesn't have one tho....she answered with first name but not last name and she gave me a convincing reason why not disclosing it or you meant other questions as in domains?

well it is worth the wait....I was on hold on the phone for over an hour to be honest then it was transferred to her....yes I forgot about I was calling afternic lol....I left the phone on speaker while doing other things
