Just picked up this baby yesterday. VAGLIA ( Italian ) = Money order. Also, is a small town north of Florence. Couldn't believe it was still available. :hehe:

Yes in foreign languages there is still a lot of unregistered names that are acceptable, but the most popular are already registered (don't dream).

Wow... Just goes to show there are some great ones left! Great job there -- I really like applicants.mobi :)

I registered antioxidanten, antioxidantes and antioxydant today -- antioxidant in German, Spanish and French... Antioxidant has a 27k OVT so I think these were good regs. I'm developing the English word anyway so I might just redirect these ones and hope I get some bilingual visitors :)

Circa1850,

I don't think I would have regged any of the names you mentioned in this thread...but that's MHO.

Thanks. Just part of my list I've been hoarding. Several on it were getting regged, many appearing on this forum. Thought I better get a few more.

Applicants and applies for job searches and classifieds, aRose.mobi instead of the one word for locations of local flower and gift shops...just have to apply it to the extension...

My list was I think 589 a couple of weeks ago. Now only about 470 appearing as available.

a rose... Never thought of it that way, but now that you mention it -- quite a brandable name IMHO :) Definitely my number 2 that way. Best of luck with your other regs :)

Yeah, I also am a firm believer in good ones still out there. Beauty is in the eye of the be(holder). I've stayed away from foreign language ones as I have barely grasped my own language. :hehe:

I would think vaglia would do well.

I, myself just regged evacuations.mobi in light of the predicted busy hurricane forecast. Living near the coast myself, I thought it would be quite a handy mobile ap for folks looking for a "way out". OVT wasn't too great, but, then again, who's looking for evacuation routes in spring? I also nabbed cutequotes.mobi. Was surprised of the over 30K OVT on this one. Thought it might make a nifty site for pick-up lines, romantic or funny quotes.

So many mobi's....so little time.... :)

I saw that posted in another thread.

A clear example of a normally ho-hum name that you would not think had applications to .mobi when it is ideal for the mobi world. Shrewd and smart!

When other forms of communication fail, cell phones (if the airwaves aren't jammed) will still be able to get news bulletins out, weather updates, road condtions.

Very good insight and ideal for the .mobi.

As for the so little time, I'll hold the list a little while longer and perhaps get a few more.

Not regging for the sake of regging...regging to develop.

All brandable one word dictionary keywords that are their own search terms, imo.
