.mobi Free.mobi in Italian?

I havent bought a .mobi name in over a year but couldn't help myself picking this one up. I just picked up Libero(dot)mobi which I believe it means "Free" in Italian. Could any Italian speakers please confirm, thanks!

It looks like just about every single ccTLD has been regged.

It means free as in 'vacant' or 'not taken', but doesn't have the same meaning as 'no cost'.
