The design is very plain IMHO it got too much whitespace and all the rest of it is green :D maybe change the colors here and there add a few graphics? make a logo

The navigation has no about us page?

It's actually about to get a makeover, but just about everyone will say for the worse.

I'm redoing it all by hand in pure html and css, so it won't look nearly as good.

It's about 15% done.

It needs a lot more color, links on the right side need sorting, and a lot more, but the basis is this:
