It's quite nice. For some reason the navigation is a tad off centered for me (using I.E) but otherwise the design is simple but also very clean.

I like it. Only one part looks weird. I think it would look a lot better without the outer border.

the top navagation bar is place not right, it crosses the left border. Also the left nav bar looks boring, might want to try a color same as your bg but a little bit darker (just a sugestion). The top bar touches the left nav bar, not looks good, try make space bet the nav.

Positive: Great use of color. I also like the links.

Negative: The top image is way way too big and the text is way way too boring. The navbar and the sidebar should not meet. Maybe make a 1 to 2px spacing. Also the sidebar is too wide for what it holds. This takes away from your main content. Also the spacing on the blog is incredibly big. Why are you double spacing it? I also think you should have a 5-10px padding after your site is done w the border.
