One of the things that many domainers (Newbies and Oldtimers alike) struggle with everyday is whether to renew or drop certain domains in their portfolio. Now I am not talking about domains that are producing revenue or the top single word dictionary .coms that we all know are keepers, but more like the average domains that are in the iffy category both as far as resale or development.
Although opinions are subjective, but if several people said that a certain domain should be dropped then that might be a good indicator as to how to sort out one’s portfolio (the same is true if the majority recommended keeping a certain domain).
Here you can post up to 25 of your domains at a time (one batch per day) in order to see what the general consensus is regarding them. Please note that this is not an appraisal thread and so don’t expect to get lengthy evaluations for your domains, this is where other members will give a quick and simple thumbs up or down in the form of Keep or Drop (or Unsure if they don't know about a certain domain) for each one of your domains based on their experience and gut feeling (although they can go into more details at thier option if they wish to do so). It is possible that a domain that everyone said to drop might be sold later on by someone else to a big company, but you must accept such exceptions when considering acting on the opinions that are given on your domains.
Important: To make it easier on everyone please use capital letters to distinguish where each word begins in your domain. Example: NewYorkCityRE.com
Please note: as an advisor you are required to conduct yourself in an honest, unbiased, and professional manner and you are bound to put the best interest of the person that you are helping above all else.
The more opinions given the better this is going to work, so please don’t hesitate to help your fellow domainers by responding to their posts (your opinion matters even if others have already given their opinion).
PS: please address each domain individually (if you don’t want to address a certain domain you can leave that one blank).
Hope you all find this thread useful.
