STILL A INNOCENT, HELPLESS HUMAN BABY.

Where do you stand on babies that survive abortion? Should they be left to die on a table or helped?

Rape Survivor Chooses Life for Son

Oh, so:

If a woman was raped, you would force her to have that baby?

If she was pregnant via incest, you would force her to have that baby?

If your wife was on the table and it was her life or the birth of the baby, you would say bye to your wife? What if you have children already? Are you going to take their mother away from them?

How many children have you adopted or plan to adopt?

How many have you put thru school?

Does your caring stop at birth?

If you actually cared, how come there are kids waiting to be adopted?

Do you just want to be into other people's lives until it's inconvenient for you?

No. We were never a democracy. We are a constitutional republic.

“We are now forming a republican government, Real liberty is neither found in despotism or the extremes of democracy, but in moderate governments.” - Alexander Hamilton

Thanks, I believe you told me that before... takes a while to get that through this ol' thick skull o' mine. :xf.wink:

Therein lies the difference between our political systems. Without being a citizen, I'm just trying to wrap my head around it. My view of USA has probably been shaped by Hollywood, so I guess democracy is just a myth, otherwise, my own party of choice (Green) would stand a fighting chance. Maybe when sh*t finally hits the wall, kind folk will see the truth as it is. Cannuck out. :beaver:

In lieu of the presidential debates and the follow-up mind numbing media reports on nothingness, I found a couple good articles that are IMO worthy of a read. It took about the time to drink one coffee to read both:

Silent Spring was published on September 27, 1962 and adrenalized a new public awareness of the fragile interconnectedness of this living world. Several months later, CBS host Eric Sevareid captured its impact most succinctly in lauding Carson as “a voice of warning and a fire under the government.” In the book, she struck a mighty match:

When the public protests, confronted with some obvious evidence … it is fed little tranquilizing pills of half truth.

All propaganda is in the business of manipulating certainty, but it can never manipulate truth.

Arendt had articulated this brilliantly a decade earlier in her timely treatise on defactualization in politics:

“No matter how large the tissue of falsehood that an experienced liar has to offer, it will never be large enough … to cover the immensity of factuality.”

https://www.brainpickings.org/2017/01/26/karl-popper-in-search-of-a-better-world-truth-certainty/

Faced with the grim reality of the existential threat to his own existence, Trump took the poison, and in so doing, perhaps he, himself, gained a glimpse of humanities' impending doom. These articles are as pertinent today, maybe even moreso than at the time they were written. "Roger Wilco", Cannuck out :beaver:

7 Catholics.

1) "No Religious Test Clause" Applies to Supreme Court Justices.

2) SCOTUS doesn't represent the people. The court represents the Bill of Rights, the law.

3) People like to say liberal or conservative but what we need are justices that interpret the law as it was written, when it was written. Congress is responsible for changing, making laws. Congress represents the people. The Judaical branch is a check on their power so they can not violate immutable laws, i.e. the Bill of Rights, endowed by our Creator.

I hope so. Conservative or Liberal we both agree this is the only earth we have. Conservation and management should be our purpose, not wars and conquest.

Why do liberals try to shut down Christian adoption agencies, then accuse Christians of not caring about Children or Mothers?

PP is a corporation who main product is abortion. They charge for abortions, dismember the human baby and sell it for research.

Planned Parenthood is Trying to Shut Down Pregnancy Centers or Make Them Promote Abortion

https://www.lifenews.com/2015/10/20...gnancy-centers-or-make-them-promote-abortion/

Pregnancy centers provide resources to mothers and families who decide to keep their children.

So yes, we care about children after their birth.

“Catholics” is a foreign term to @JB Lions.
It’s not like Biden (FAKE Catholic) is running.
