This ruling isn't against Pres. Trump but it would have been better if they just threw it out.

1 ) It chastises democrats in the House for trying to subpoena the Presidents personal documents; making it clear they have no legal right to do so.

2) Sends this case back to the lower court with orders to consider the separation of powers and narrows the reason why / how documents could be requested by writing several reason why they shouldn't.
