What Trump said in response to a question from a "journalist" before boarding Marine One:
"If they were honest about it, they would start a major investigation into the Bidens.
It's a very simple answer. And by the way, China should start an investigation into the Bidens.
Because ahhh.. what happened in China is just about as bad as what happened in Ukraine."


Trump didn't "ask foreign powers" to dig up dirt. He said "they should start an investigation". You can pretend Biden wasn't peddling influence but that just makes you a hypocrite.

Same thing, you're not ranting your way out of this. What do you think he's wanting from China? Dirt, duh. You're just trying to pretty it up. How about Trump's business dealings or his daughters in China? Yeah, let's forget about that.

Volker defended Biden in statement to congressional panels

“I have known former Vice President Biden for 24 years, and the suggestion that he would be influenced in his duties as Vice President by money for his son simply has no credibility to me. I know him as a man of integrity and dedication to our country,” Volker said during his testimony.

Volker also testified that he told Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani that accusations against the former vice president and 2020 Democratic candidate were “not credible.”
