Why???? This is so shortsighted!

http://hill.cm/vRFkCcU

The best way to solve any problem is at is cause. Addressing symptoms is a โ€œband aidโ€ at best.

If we can help them get things back on track in their own countries and teach them how to maintain that, FEWER people will have a reason to leave, which means fewer immigrants to the US.

If current programs arenโ€™t effective , maybe we need to rethink them, not abandon them.

And this is where it becomes a problem in the USA. You are in Pakistan, I believe. (Correct me if I am wrong, and forgive me if this offends you) Your laws are different than say your neighbor India, and like the Kasmir mess, and ongoing conflict. A good Indian friend of mine fled to the USA because of the Muslim invasion/dispute, and lost all his families property because of the dispute and continual war.

The world outside your country and mine are different. One Countries laws do not apply to anothers. Same like where beheadings are allowed in SA. Thats all fine with me, in SA and I donโ€™t care if that happens there as I will never go there for any reason. You follow your countries laws where you are. But if they conflict with those of another Country, there is no right to impose them on other Countries. Recently I read of someone in the US being banned (I dont recall where) as saying something offensive in Pakistan. Is that correct? Should the entire world revolve around some laws outside the US, the Country of offense?

Personally, I would prefer that there are no borders and the whole world has one Islamic government and I assure you when that happens people will understand why Islam is peace. Yes there will be limits on freedoms when it comes to sins, but people won't be unjustly persecuted as most of you may think. It will be a society with no corruption.

I agree with what you said though, every country has their own laws and those who dislike it have to deal with it. Even though I disagree with hijab bans in multiple countries in Europe, Muslims should know better and should leave the countries whose laws they don't agree with. They shouldn't even go there in the first place, as I have said before in this thread months ago, Muslims should not live in a country where the majority is Non-Muslim unless they go for preaching but most of them go there to make money and that is impermissible.

BTW, every country in the world wants to interfere in the matters of others but don't like it when others do that, every government around the world is hypocrite.

"there is no right to impose them on other Countries"

I never said that Muslims have that right, Muslims should implement the rules on their own lives and when they will do that they will either invite you to Islam or leave the country, they won't and more importantly can't impose Islam on you.

I haven't heard about anyone getting banned from entering Pakistan, even if they are, I don't get what you feel is wrong here, any country can ban anyone they want, it should not be a big deal.

Our US constitution requires separation of the Church and the State. Muslims within the US, should abide by that. However, do they? It seems to me not, so the disconnect occurs mixing Church and State, hence a violation of your God/Allah/Spirit/whoever which takes precedence. Therefore, if a US person wants truly to assimilate in Pakistan they must be Islamic, no other option, based on what you stated.

However, the US opens its doors to all people of all religions, yet some religions seem incompatible to the same set of values. Therefore if a Muslim within the US does not follow Sharia law, they violate Allah/God, the higher power. This is where Muslim people become conflicted, imo. Then those who are radicalized, because they were not โ€œassimilatedโ€ into society within the US. Thatโ€™s the sad part. Same can be said with all the right wing radicals, never assimilated at birth and family usually fringe anti social hateful people.

The recent Islamic Representatives within the US Congress seem to have more allegiance to their race/origin/religion than becoming part of the American experience in the US. โ€œI am a Palestinianโ€: first words of Tlaib in January. This isnt good for โ€œ inclusionโ€ of their constituents, but rather divisive.

Then this ridiculous statement today of โ€œWhite Nationalistsโ€ causing problems when illegal immigrants arrive uninvited, en masse. This was divisive crazy idiocy by the Islamic Activist Somali Rep.
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/20...crisis-forcing-outdoor-detention-of-migrants/

These two Representatives are also Anti Semitic, lack decorum of the office, show little respect, class, etc. they are all over the news so that doesnt help fellow Muslims who do assimilate the best they can, who go to work and to their mosque and are good citizens.

Firstly, Pakistan, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Brunei, Indonesia or any other country in the world are not Islamic at all. As JB shared the link, most Muslim countries allow sale of alcohol, just this one law tells you how Islamic they are. Muslims in US or any other country shouldn't abide by the laws that would hurt their chances of going to paradise, they should instead leave to a Muslim majority country. If the US is forcing them to stay than that would be different but obviously they are there by their own will so it's weird that they want to enjoy the worldly life in US while also protest against US laws.

Lots of Non-Muslims freely live in Pakistan without paying Jizya or dressing modestly or anything. Pakistan is a secular country with millions of religious Muslims. If a Non-Muslim is living in Pakistan they are obeying the laws of Pakistan not Islam.

Not a single Muslim either in US or any other country can be called a representative of Islam. Regarding Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, or anyone else like them, we don't care about what they have to say. I don't know much details about whats going on regarding migrants or anything but I would say that your system depends on voting and everything should be decided by votes. You see, even as citizens we have to deal with the laws of our own countries even if we despise them.

I can't think of single Islamic country I'd want to live in beside Jordan and Egypt. Most or oppressive police states with little regard for human rights.

Of course not. Christians have to decide what you want to accuse us for, killing or taking Jizya tax. Muslims can't take Jizya from dead. And if we were to kill you than there wouldn't be any alive at least in the Middle East.

Shiite's are different. Think of this, 1 million Muslims start calling themselves Christian and claim that they are following Christianity while you, the normal Christians are apostates, those 1 million Muslims will say that Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is the last prophet and whoever does not follow him is a non-Christian. What will be your reaction? The UN, and all other organizations will call for those 1 million Muslims to stop calling themselves Christian because they obviously aren't. Or will you start calling them a sect of Christianity will minor differences and love them and stuff. lol. They are trying to change your religion and your reaction towards them will be hostile. Similarly many groups brought new practices from their old religions and started calling themselves Muslims, some said there are prophets after Muhammad (Peace be upon him), some abused and made false allegations against the first and best Muslims, some said we can ask for help from dead people and prostrate to their graves. I don't have to tell you, you can understand that people claiming these things are trying to shake the basic pillars of Islam and they cannot be Muslims. All a true Muslim would want is that these people do whatever they want just stop calling themselves Muslims and stop calling their religion Islam, no one is going to be killed.

People of every creed, race, religion have been fighting each other for thousands of years. The devil prods and encourages our worst, selfish impulse.

Shortly after Christ returns the 2nd time, there will be a final judgement. The world will be made new after that time and people will live in peace. This isn't politics it religion.

We should focus on what we can do to help others. Missionary work isn't just preaching, it's serving the needy. What you believe shouldn't prevent you from serving or being served.

I respect your ideal but that won't happen in this world.

I present my religion to you as it is because I want the world to accept it, if I lie and you accept Islam believing something I told you that isn't true then you won't be a Muslim so what was the point in me lying? I don't change my religion to gain acceptance. And this is no fantasy. If Islam was what you think it is then I won't be following it.

I can't think of single Islamic country I'd want to live in beside Jordan and Egypt. Most or oppressive police states with little regard for human rights.

Yes of course not only most Muslim majority countries but most countries no matter what their government system or majority population is oppressive. I guess you don't read about Egypt much these days, it's one of the most oppressive countries today for both the religious and the secular.

No, I haven't. In any case, if Islam is a religion of peace, it will work for peace. If Christianity is a religion of peace, it will work for peace.

@Haris. Something you might find interesting, most protestant Christians; those who left the Catholic church in the 16th century, believe the Pope is the anti-Christ.
