I can't debate that fact, That is correct. I myself do not participate in such protests or petitioning.
It is conventions of denominations that mostly did these protests and petitions. I am non-denominational, although I was born and grew up a Baptist, Once an adult, I denounced my Baptist denomination, I visited the Methodist church, Luthern, I chose to be non-denominational when all was said and done.
I live deep within the Bible belt of the south, So I think most can imagine how the denominations fuss amongst each other. I chose not to be a part of any of that.
I believe in God and Jesus Christ solely by my own choice, not by my parents or relatives or any other reasoning, only by my choice.
I have friends and acquaintances that are Jewish, Hindi, Catholic, Muslim, never once have i had a religious debate with any of them, I respect their beliefs and them as my friends.
Religion is free will, just as being Gay, or whatever choices we make in life are Free Will IMO. we make our choices, we must live with them throughout eternity IMO.
Although I disagree with many many things, who am I to judge? I am busy judging myself, not others.
I believe in the Greek Bible, not the King James version, no version other than the first Greek Bible written. I think most know that the Bible has been re-written many times, and still to this day new versions are being written. When I am in doubt of meaning, I revert to the dictionary, I do not interpret my own theory, I only believe as it was written and exactly as it is stated in the Greek Bible.
