The 2 main people, testified under oath before the world, last week. What more do you think they could have added in a week? I find it curious, that so many Dems think they know better then the FBI on how to conduct an investigation! But this was not a criminal investigation, it was a reopening of a background check, so the FBI only asks any witnesses for their statement and then writes it up and hands it off to the Senate Judiciary Committee. There is no trying to trick the witnesses, uncover criminality, good cop/bad cop, etc. It's simply a collection of witness statements. No judgements are made. This was a waste of time (the extra week) from the get go! It looks as if the last week turned up nothing new that the previous 6 Kavanaugh FBI background checks turned up. If it turned up something new and nefarious, he probably won't be confirmed this weekend. It's being widely reported that the report is thorough and doesn't include anything new and disqualifying. I would love to see how much backtracking Deborah Ramirez did on her statement about "Penisgate" when sitting in front of FBI agents this week! Julie Swetnick wasn't even interviewed because she and her lawyer are as dishonest and un-credible as they come! She had already backtracked on her story last week. I hope the creepy porn lawyer gets disbarred! He's an embarrassment to jurisprudence! This fiasco was what everyone talked about all weekend, and for what it's worth, most people are very upset Judge Kavanaugh had to deal with this and it made the Democratic leadership look desperate and willing to do anything to win! It was not a good look at all!
