2) After the delay, she refused. She falsley claimed she would have to sit next to Kavanaugh, then demanded an in investigation by the FBI.
Ford could demand a private hearing with her lawyer present. Her goal is to delay the confirmation hearing.
If Ford doesn't testify on Monday then demands a chance to testify before the confirmation vote, I expect you'll apologize.
