Yes I wanted the bullet point list for Kate's benefit of all the evidence that Hillary's staff destroyed before they were given immunity. Comey determined there was no evidence, as it was destoyed or missing, but no obstruction charges were leveled because they were given immunity.

Exactly my point, the investigations into both Hillary and Trump were handled completely different from the get-go.

Had they investigated Hillary's staff properly or at all, even, they would have found things, like they have with Trump's people. Obviously Obstruction of Justice just to start! But they never did, they shut down any investigation right from the start. Her staff destroyed all the evidence of wrongdoing. And because Comey was running it, nothing was ever done!

On the other hand Mueller is squeezing everybody to try and get people to implicate Trump in a crime.
All they have so far is a hush money payment to a porn star for a 12 year old affair, a payment we've known about for a year already!

It's not a distraction, it's a fact that the two investigations were a sham. Hillary's was never even done and Trump's was started from a fictitious dossier! The crimes uncovered during the Mueller investigation are old financial crimes. He's praying someone tries to save their own ass, like Cohen!

This wasn't an immigrant issue. It was a violence towards women issue. She was out running, self-entitled dude saw something he liked, she said no, he didn't take no for an answer. Happens all over, happens far too often, and whether he was legal or not is in this case irrellevant. There are far too many "woman out jogging disappears / killed / raped" stories regardless of who the perpetrator is..
"Liberals" (and conservatives who still have a shred of decency) are very much in favor of anything that would reduce this type of violence and harrassment towards women.
Respect her family's wishes: stop politicizing this and let the poor girl RIP.
