I totally dispute it! A small section of the wall is being upgraded with some of the money that was in the new budget as we speak. It will take more money and more time to build exactly what he wants though, but he hasn't said anything about the wall that is untrue!

Upgraded, with plans from 2009. That's not a new wall being built, has nothing to do with the wall Trump is talking about. Again, before you actually start building that wall, you first have to decide on the design. Then figure out who actually is going to build it. None of that has happened yet. Everytime he mentions that work has started on the wall, he's lying. So you are wrong, just misinformed. I posted links earlier, the agency behind building it pointed that out.
