^ Virtually everything I checked that Gilsan posts was false, or promoted a falsehood. Like most hate-fueled propagandist, the absence of truth drives the need to repeat the falsehood until they themselves believe it.
He came to mind while reading this, earlier today:
http://www.bbc.com/future/story/20161026-how-liars-create-the-illusion-of-truth

His most often repeated 'liberal media' lie is a good example. "Mainstream media" is corporate commercial media. Anybody who thinks corporate media is liberal media must be watching with their head up their ass.

Think of the most popular 'Liberal Groups', now count how many have TV programs on commercial media?
Now, put that number against the programs backed by conservative corps like the Koch Bros, DOW, etc.

Get a clue:
Mainstream media is conservative corporate media.
The 'Liberal Media' created the Indie film, TV & books market because mainstream media is conservative...

As far as 'Political Correctness':
I think conservatives have forgotten, the liberal policy & practice of 'political correctness' is a tolerance tool designed to protect those, in a multicultural society, with the most political crimes against other groups.

As it is now, the politically correct thing to do when a racist attacks another group, is to forgive & educate.
Replace that with "stand your ground" at your own peril.
And why should we believe the super biased crap coming from the British Bullsh*t Corporation (BBC) or the Clinton News Network (CNN) just to name a small fraction of the left leaning Media or MSM, or Corporate Media as you like to call, or LameStream Media as is popularly known.

Why believe in a racist news network like BBC, that prefers to employ non-whites and then labels conservatives as Nazis, xenophobes or racists?

You don't believe me?... Then read this recent article about the BBC....

BBC turns down trainees because they are WHITE: Job applicants stunned to be told corporation only wants people from 'ethnic minority backgrounds'

Read more:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...thnic-minority-backgrounds.html#ixzz4OoavU700

The Brits are such nice people, unfortunately they are being dumbed down by their left leaning Media and their Politically Correct leaders.

Are you also a white hater, like BBC?

Did the American MSM report this case? I doubt it. But if it was the other way round, then we'd be hearing about it for months and months.

Trump... build that wall and make it nice and tall.

Well I apparently ruffled a few feathers - lol. Good!
I still never got any answers to my questions. Sad, but not surprising.
Who's feathers did you ruffle? Certainly not mine

Most of it coming out of Trumps' mouth.

Are you even able to vote?

That's another lie

"Early in 2011, before the United States joined a NATO force to oust Gadhafi, Trump argued for American action."

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-m...nton-says-trump-supported-intervention-libya/

Hahah.. you're right. Trump is a major douche.. I'm only voting for him b/c I think he'll get impeached and Mike Pence will be President :)

Hillary is till worse but has control of the Gov and would get away with it.. unless she had another stroke. But her VP is almost as bad as she is so yeah, screw that.

American Gov has three "equal" branches.

Executive ( President ) enforces laws.
Legislative: Tasked with making laws
Judicial: Tasked with interpreting laws, settling disputes.

These are supposed to check and balance each other, so in theory representation is very diverse.

These three powers are supposed to be separated in a somewhat working democracy.

When I earlier wrote

"But the whole election and all around it seems to focus on the two big ones. Real democracy lives from plurality, many different voices."

I was not referring to the state powers or to the separation of these.

With that I meant that the elections held in the USA seem to focus on the two big parties (Democrats and Republicans). Although there are other parties and presidential candidates they have no chance to win the elections, thus making it de facto a race between the two big parties and their candidates. This is why my impression is that there is a lack of plurality (from pluralism). Maybe lack of diversity is a better word to describe it.

That's the impression one can get in Europe for example.

You mean you didn't get the answers you wanted. Hillary is an absolute power hungry, money grubbing whore I've had the terrible experience to listen to.

How the hell you can you support a woman how sells our nations secrets, takes 28 million to put a US company out of business, ignores an ambassadors pleas for help and security until it's too late, blame his death on a video, invade Libya for the oil, doesn't get it, then leaves the country to burn..

How does a feminist support a women who thinks rape victims were asking for it?

The USA is a Republic, not a democracy. We're not a plural society. When you become an American citizen, we expect you to accept our laws and customs. Accept our freedoms and responsibilities.

Democracy is just mob rule. A-holes like the Nazi party get in power in bam! you're screwed.

If you want real progressive news, you have to put the Gov in charge of the news service.

Unless the constitution is changed to require less electorial college votes, I don't think 3 and 4 nominees would work, right now at 270 electorial college votes needed to win presidency, the winner barely gets that if there were someone else running and took a few states, and no one got 270, then the House would pick the president. So I think the House would pick our presidents. Remember Ross Perot, if you didn't go wacky in the end I think it would have been a 3 way split with no one getting 270.

I actually post video and audio straight from Trump and you still try to debate it. Unbelievable.

Out of context clips. People change often change their mind. You can't name politician that doesn't do this.

Pres. Obama just changed his mind about James Commey.

I think you misunderstood what I meant, but anyway.

You brought something else up.

Why are there (democratic) elections in the USA when according to it is not a democracy?

Republic and democracy don't rule each other out.

I get what you're saying. Parliamentary democracy's share power between factions which represent the diversity of the nation.

Our states are ( supposed ) to be independent Republican governments. The Federal Gov has much more power now then what was planned for at the founding.

When you look at the current House of Representatives you have the seats divided between Democrats and Republicans, no other party. As far as I know this was almost every time the case in history.

So representatives of two parties are responsible for the federal legislation (=making laws for the whole country) which is in my view a lack of diversity. Although this can also happen in the parliaments of other democracies.

Nobody is twisting people arm to .. We'll nobody is supposed to be twisting peoples are to register as a republican or democrat.

The two major parties have made it hard for small parties to exist. People do elect libertarians and independents at the local level rather easily.

Good luck with that. You'll find out just how "free" you are when you try to leave.
